At Khushbu khana, we value customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
1. Return Policy
Because we sell perfumes and fragrance products, returns are only accepted in limited cases.
You may request a return if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

You received the wrong item.

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your Order Number.

Send clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

Change of mind after delivery.

Fragrance preference issues.

Opened or used products.
-
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Delivery failure due to unreachable phone number.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
